2021-22 (Senior) – Academic All-MIAC… Finished 29th at the MIAC Cross Country Championships with a time of 26:30.3 on Oct. 30... Returned to team for fifth-year of eligibility.

2020-21 (Senior) – Academic All-MIAC... Fall 2020 Dean’s List… Cross country season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20 (Junior) – MIAC Academic All-Conference… Finished sixth (27:08.9) as team won team title at St. Olaf Invitational (8K) on Sept. 21… Placed 24th (25:42.9) to help team to team title at Blugold Invitational (8K) on Oct. 4…Finished 30th (25:54.1) at Jim Drews Invitational (8K) on Oct. 19… Placed 33rd (26:30.7) at MIAC Championships (8K) on Nov. 2.

2018-19 (Sophomore) – Honorable Mention All-MIAC… Led St. Olaf and placed fourth out of 90 at the Twin Cities Twilight on Aug. 31… Finished 35th out of 316 runners with a time of 28:39.3 at the Augsburg Invitational on Sept. 15… Placed first on the team and sixth out of 112 with a time of 26:58.5 at the St. Olaf Invitational on Sept. 22… Finished seventh on the team and 33rd out of 430 with a time of 25:50.9 at the Blugold Invitational on Sept. 28… Placed 37th out of 294 with a time of 26:23.0 at the Jim Drews Invitational on Oct. 13… Finished 20th out of 200 with a time of 26:30.4 at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 27.

2017-18 (First Year) – Placed 22nd out of 54 with a time of 17:13.9 at the Augsburg Open on Sept. 2... Finished 92nd out of 278 with a time of 28.29.2 at the St. Olaf Invitational on Sept. 16… Finished 150th out of 357 with a time of 27:46.41 at the Jim Drews Invitational on Oct. 14… Finished 85th out of 203 with a time of 28:00.9 at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 28... Placed fifth out of 34 with a time of 27:55.1 at the Great Karhu Shoe Race on Nov. 2.

Switched sports to cross country as a senior... Lettered and was named team MVP as a senior... News Gazette All-Area Honorable Mention as a senior... Illinois State Scholar.
