AT ST. OLAF
2025-26 (Senior) – Fall 2025 St. Olaf Dean’s List… Academic All-MIAC… Ran personal-best 8K time of 26:48.8 to finish seventh at the Haunted Hustle on the Hill on Oct. 18… Placed 34th in 27:04.6 at the MIAC Championships on Nov. 1.

2024-25 (Junior) – Academic All-MIAC… Chi Alpha Sigma inductee… Ran season-best 8K time of 28:57.5 to finish 115th at the MIAC Championships on Nov. 2.

2023-24 (Sophomore) – Academic All-MIAC… Spring 2024 St. Olaf Dean's List... Ran season-best 8K time of 27:32.9 while finishing 39th at the St. Olaf Invitational on Sept. 16.

2022-23 (First Year) – Ran season-best 8K time of 29:16.7 and finished 121st at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 29.

AT CENTENNIAL HIGH SCHOOL
Ran five years of cross country and was on track and field team for four years… Four-time All-Northwest Suburban Conference honoree in cross country… Two-time academic all-state in cross country… Four-time state participant in cross country… Two-time team captain in both sports… Member of Northwest Suburban Conference championship team and Section 7AAA championship team in cross country… Ran the 1,600 meters and 3,200 meters in track and field… Member of National Honor Society.
