2022-23 (Senior) – Academic All-MIAC… Ran personal-best 8K time of 25:45.0 and was 71st at the Connecticut College Invitational on Oct. 15… Finished 38th in 26:50.4 at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 29… Placed 99th in 26:43.2 at the NCAA Division III North Region Championships on Nov. 12… Finished 291st in 28:52.1 at the NCAA Division III Championships on Nov. 19.

2021-22 (Junior) – Academic All-MIAC… Chi Alpha Sigma inductee… Finished 53rd at the MIAC Cross Country Championships on Oct. 30 with a time of 27:08.9… Ran season-best 8K time of 26:35.3 at the UW-Eau Claire Blugold Invitational on Oct. 1.

2020-21 (Sophomore) – Academic All-MIAC... Cross country season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20 (First Year) – Spring 2020 Dean’s List… Placed 36th (22:54.0) in first collegiate race at Twin Cities Twilight (four miles) on Aug. 30… Finished 63rd (30:02.3) at St. Olaf Invitational on Sept. 21… Placed 277th (28:24.4) at Blugold Invitational on Oct. 4… Finished 224th (28:17.8) at Jim Drews Invitational on Oct. 19… Placed 128th (28:14.2) at MIAC Championships on Nov. 2… Finished 23rd (29:59.3) at Great Karhu Shoe Race on Nov. 7.

Three-year member of cross country and track & field teams... Also on basketball team for two years and swimming & diving team for one year... Two-time all-conference honoree in cross country...
