AT ST. OLAF
2022-23 (Senior) – All-MIAC… Finished 13th in 26:21.8 at the St. Olaf Invitational on Sept. 17… Was 27th in 25:47.8 at the Blugold Invitational on Sept. 30… Earned All-MIAC honors with 12th-place finish in 25:45.8 at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 29… Ran personal-best 8K time of 25:41.9 and placed 44th at the NCAA Division III North Region Championships on Nov. 12… Finished 241st in 27:02.9 at the NCAA Division III Championships on Nov. 19.

2021-22 (Junior) – Finished 56th at the MIAC Cross Country Championships on Oct. 30 with a time of 27:11.9… Ran season-best 8K time of 26:24.5 at the Jim Drews Invitational on Oct. 15.

2020-21 (Sophomore) – Cross country season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20 (First Year) – Placed 32nd (22:43.0) in first collegiate race at Twin Cities Twilight (four miles) on Aug. 30… Finished 57th (29:50.5) at St. Olaf Invitational on Sept. 21… Placed 168th (27:22.8) at Blugold Invitational on Oct. 4… Finished 180th (27:46.1) at Jim Drews Invitational on Oct. 19… Placed 73rd (27:13.7) at MIAC Championships on Nov. 2… Finished 16th (29:11.4) at Great Karhu Shoe Race on Nov. 7.

AT FRIENDS' CENTRAL SCHOOL 
Four-year member of cross country, indoor track & field, and baseball teams... First team all-league and honorable mention all-state in cross country as a senior... Honorable mention all-league in cross country as a junior... NSHSS Scholar.
