2022-23 (First Year) – Fall 2022 St. Olaf Dean’s List… Ran season-best 8K time of 26:21.5 and finished 63rd at the Jim Drews Invitational on Oct. 15… Placed 31st in 26:43.0 at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 29.

AT LOURDES HIGH SCHOOL
Four-year member of cross country and track and field teams and also played on the tennis team in seventh and eighth grades… Two-time Hiawatha Valley League Conference champion, one-time Section 1A champion, and three-time state qualifier in cross country… Four-time all-conference honoree in cross country… Part of cross country team that won conference championship and qualified for state… All-state honoree after placing 12th at the state meet as a senior… Two-time conference champion in the 1,600 meters and one-time conference champion in the 3,200 meters… Finished 13th in the state in the mile as a junior and eighth as a senior… Placed fifth in the state in the two-mile run as a senior… All-state in both the mile and two-mile as a senior… Played number one singles for Lourdes’ state championship team in 2018 and won Class A doubles state title that year… Member of National Honor Society… Multiple-time academic all-state honoree in cross country and track and field… Lourdes High School Male Student-Athlete of the Year.
