2023-24 (Sophomore) – Academic All-MIAC… Spring 2024 St. Olaf Dean's List... Ran season-best 8K time of 27:43.6 while finishing 45th at the St. Olaf Invitational on Sept. 16.

2022-23 (First Year) – Ran season-best 8K time of 32:06.6 and finished 277th at the St. Olaf Invitational on Sept. 17.

AT MOUNT WESTONKA HIGH SCHOOL
Five-year member of cross country and track and field teams and was on Nordic skiing team for three years… State qualifier in cross country and track and field (800 meters, 4x800-meter relay)… Two-time state qualifier in Nordic skiing… Member of all-state 4x800-meter relay… Section 6AA champion in the 800 meters… Wright County West Conference individual champion in cross country… Mile Split MN Runner of the Week… Team captain in all three sports… Two-time all-conference in track and field, four-time all-conference in cross country, and two-time all-conference in Nordic skiing… Graduated summa cum laude… Minnesota State High School League Triple “A” (Arts, Athletics, Academics) recipient… Three-time academic all-state honoree… Member of National Honor Society… “A” Honor Roll student.
