Finished 42nd at the MIAC Cross Country Championships on Oct. 30 with a time of 26:50.1.. Ran season-best 8k time of 26:32.9 to finish third at the Great Karhu Shoe Race on Nov. 4.

2020-21 (Junior) – Academic All-MIAC... Cross country season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20 (Sophomore) – Academic All-MIAC… Placed 60th (23:40.3) in season-opening Twin Cities Twilight (four miles) on Aug. 30… Finished 69th (26:24.6) at Blugold Invitational (8K) on Oct. 4… Placed 96th (26:49.5) at Jim Drews Invitational (8K) on Oct. 19… Finished 38th (26:38.8) at MIAC Championships (8K) on Nov. 2… Placed second (27:50.0) at Great Karhu Shoe Race (8K) on Nov. 7.

2018-19 (First Year) – Placed 34th out of 90 at the Twin Cities Twilight on Aug. 31… Finished 114th out of 316 runners with a time of 30:51.3 at the Augsburg Invitational on Sept. 15… Placed 60th out of 112 with a time of 29:09.1 at the St. Olaf Invitational on Sept. 22… Finished 191st out of 430 with a time of 27:44.2 at the Blugold Invitational on Sept. 28… Placed 168th out of 200 with a time of 30:25.4 at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 27… Finished fourth on the team and sixth overall with a time of 30:25.4 at the Great Karhu Shoe Race on Nov. 1.
