2022-23 (Senior) – All-MIAC… Academic All-MIAC… Fall 2022 St. Olaf Dean’s List… Posted top-15 finishes at the St. Olaf Invitational (14th, 26:23.1) on Sept. 17 and the Blugold Invitational (15th, 25:21.4) on Sept. 30… Ran personal-best 8K time of 25:18.2 to finish seventh and earn All-MIAC honors at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 29.

2021-22 (Junior) – Academic All-MIAC… Chi Alpha Sigma inductee… Fall 2021 St. Olaf Dean’s List… Spring 2022 St. Olaf Dean's List... Finished 33rd at the MIAC Cross Country Championships on Oct. 30 with a time of 26:34.3… Ran season-best 8K time of 26:28.6 while finishing second at the Great Karhu Shoe Race on Nov. 4.

2020-21 (Sophomore) – Academic All-MIAC... Fall 2020 Dean’s List… Cross country season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20 (First Year) – Spring 2020 Dean’s List… Finished 70th (30:22.5) at St. Olaf Invitational on Sept. 21… Placed 268th (28:17.9) at Blugold Invitational on Oct. 4… Finished 200th (28:03.4) at Jim Drews Invitational on Oct. 19… Placed 87th (27:24.7) at MIAC Championships on Nov. 2… Finished 26th (30:16.1) at Great Karhu Shoe Race on Nov. 7.

AT NEWTON HIGH SCHOOL
Four-year member of cross country, swimming & diving, and track & field teams... State qualifier in all three sports as a junior and senior... Also qualified for state in cross country and swimming & diving as a sophomore... Academic all-state... Kansas State Governor's Scholar... National Honor Society member.
