2024-25 (Senior) – Ran season-best 8K time of 26:33.3 to finish 37th at the MIAC Championships on Nov. 2… Was the runner-up at the AECMR in a personal-best 5K time of 15:58.1 on Nov. 7.
2023-24 (Junior) – Honorable Mention All-MIAC… Spring 2024 St. Olaf Dean's List... Ran season-best 8K time of 25:32.7 to finish 16th and earn Honorable Mention All-MIAC honors at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 28.
2022-23 (Sophomore) – Ran season-best 8K time of 26:13.8 to finish 56th at the Blugold Invitational on Sept. 30… Finished 29th in 26:32.8 at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 29.
2021-22 (First Year) – Finished 71st at the MIAC Cross Country Championships on Oct. 30 with a time of 27:43.2… Ran season-best 8K time of 27:21.9 at the Jim Drews Invitational on Oct. 15.

Ran four years of cross country... Team finished third at OSAA 4A state cross country meet as a sophomore... Also ran four years of track and field... Placed eighth individually in the 3,000 meters at OSAA 4A state track meet.
