Fall 2019 Dean’s List… Spring 2020 Dean’s List… Finished 51st (29:30.1) at St. Olaf Invitational (8K) on Sept. 21… Placed 140th (27:08.7) at Blugold Invitational (8K) on Oct. 4… Finished 105th (26:59.0) at Jim Drews Invitational (8K) on Oct. 19… Placed 55th (26:58.7) at MIAC Championships (8K) on Nov. 2… Finished seventh (28:26.7) at Great Karhu Shoe Race (8K) on Nov. 7.

2018-19 (Sophomore) - Placed 214th out of 316 runners with a time of 32:56.3 at the Augsburg Invitational on Sept. 15… Finished 57th out of 112 with a time of 29:04.5 at the St. Olaf Invitational on Sept. 22… Placed 229th out of 430 with a time of 28:05.1 at the Blugold Invitational on Sept. 28… Finished 175th out of 294 with a time of 28:53.9 at the Jim Drews Invitational on Oct. 13… Placed 161st out of 200 with a time of 30:10.4 at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 27… Finished 16th with a time of 30:10.4 at the Great Karhu Shoe Race on Nov. 1.

2017-18 (First Year)– Placed 24th out of 54 with a time of 17:17.0 at the Augsburg Open on Sept. 2… Finished 170th out of 278 with a time of 30:07.1 at the St. Olaf Invitational on Sept. 16… Finished 196th out of 257 with a time of 28:40.9 at the Blugold Invitational on Sept. 29… Finished 110th out of 203 with a time of 28:37.2 at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 28… Finished 14th out of 34 with a time of 28:29.1 at the Great Karhu Shoe Race on Nov. 2.

AT GFW HIGH SCHOOL
Participated in cross country and track & field all four years… Placed sixth in the 800 meters and seventh in the 1,600 meters at the state meet as a senior... School record holder in the 800 and 1,600 meters... Track & field teams won three conference championships... Three-time cross country state participant as an individual... Cross country teams won conference titles all four years and placed eighth at state senior year... Class Valedictorian... National Honor Society member... Class President.
