2024-25 (Senior) – Honorable Mention All-MIAC… Ran personal-best 8K time of 24:36.9 to finish 14th at the Connecticut College Invitational on Oct. 19… Finished 16th in 25:43.2 at the MIAC Championships on Nov. 2 to earn Honorable Mention All-MIAC honors… Placed 40th in 25:21.7 at the NCAA Division III North Region Championships on Nov. 16… Finished 127th in 25:22.0 at the NCAA Division III Championships on Nov. 23.

2023-24 (Junior) – USTFCCCA All-North Region… All-MIAC… Spring 2024 St. Olaf Dean's List... Ran season-best 8K time of 25:00.2 while finishing 22nd at the Connecticut College Invitational on Oct. 14… Earned first All-MIAC accolade with 11th-place finish in 25:23.8 at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 28… Went on to finish 27th in 25:00.7 at the NCAA Division III North Region Championships on Nov. 11… Placed 149th in 26:00.2 at the NCAA Division III Championships on Nov. 18.

2022-23 (Sophomore) – Recorded season-best 8K time of 27:17.0 while finishing 148th at the Blugold Invitational on Sept. 30.

2021-22 (First Year) – Finished 131st at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 30 with a time of 29:10.5… Ran season-best 8K time of 28:26.3 at the St. Olaf Invitational on Sept. 18.

AT WASHBURN HIGH SCHOOL
Ran four years of cross country and track and field... All-conference as a sophomore, junior, and senior... All-section and individual conference champion as a senior... Team captain senior year... Team won conference championships all four years.
