2019-20 (Senior) – CoSIDA First Team Academic All-America… CoSIDA Academic All-District... USTFCCCA All-Central Region… All-MIAC… USTFCCCA All-Academic… MIAC Academic All-Conference… Spring 2020 Dean’s List… Finished fourth (26:44.7) as team won team title at St. Olaf Invitational (8K) on Sept. 21… Placed 12th (25:27.9) to help team to team title at Blugold Invitational (8K) on Oct. 4… Finished 12th (25:29.6) as team was second at Jim Drews Invitational (8K) on Oct. 19… Led team to third at MIAC Championships (8k) by finishing sixth (25:18.5) on Nov. 2… Helped team to third at NCAA Division III Central Region Championships (8K) by finishing 21st (26:13.7) on Nov. 16… Placed 128th (25:38.3) as team finished 25th at NCAA Division III Championships (8K) on Nov. 23.

2018-19 (Junior) – Finished fourth in the one-mile run with a time of 4:21.16 at the MIAC Championships on Feb. 21 – 23, 2019 … Took second in the 1000-meter run with a time of 2:28.73 at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic on Feb. 16, 2019 … Placed fourth in the one-mile run with a time of 4:23.76 at the Carleton Meet of Hearts on Feb. 9, 2019 … finished fifth in the 1000-meter run with a time of 2:30.36 at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic on Feb. 16, 2019 …

2017-18 (Sophomore) – Finished 89th out of 278 with a time of 28:27.6 at the St. Olaf Invitational on Sept. 16 … finished 114th with a time of 27:20.4 at the UW-Eau Claire Blugold Invitational on Sept. 29 …finished 119th out of 357 with a time of 27:16.10 at the UW- La Crosse Jim Drews Invitational on Oct. 14 … finished 57th out of 203 with a time of 27:12.2 at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 28 … placed eighth out of 34 with a  time of 27:58.5 at the Karhu Shoe Run on Nov. 2 ... Ran personal bests to finish fourth in the mile and fifth in the 1000m at the MIAC Indoor Championships…  Placed third in the 1500m, third in the 4x400m, and fourth in the 4x800m at the MIAC Outdoor Championships… Ran a personal best of 3:52.24 in the 1500m at the UW La Crosse Final Qualifier… Qualified for the NCAA DIII Outdoor Championships in the 1500m, finishing 19th.

2016-17 (Freshman) – Raced at every regular season competition... Finished 144th at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 29, 2016 with a time of 29:38.9.

Three-year varsity athlete in track & field... Captained track team as a senior... Member of varsity top-seven in cross country as a senior... All-conference in the 600 meters (indoor), 800 meters (indoor and outdoor), 4x400-meter relay (indoor and outdoor), and 4x800-meter relay (indoor and outdoor) senior year... State qualifier in the 800 meters and 4x400-meter relay... Led off all-state 4x800-meter relay.
