2022-23 (Junior) – USTFCCCA All-American… USTFCCCA All-North Region… All-MIAC… USTFCCCA All-Academic… Chi Alpha Sigma inductee… Started season by winning the 5k Ole Opener in 16:05.1 on Sept. 2… Was the individual runner-up at the St. Olaf Invitational in 25:38.7 on Sept. 17… Finished fifth in 24:48.8 at the Blugold Invitational on Sept. 30… Ran personal-best 8K time of 24:4.9 to finish 11th at the Connecticut College Invitational on Oct. 15… Earned All-MIAC honors with runner-up finish at the MIAC Championships in 24:48.9 on Oct. 29… Collected second-straight USTFCCCA All-North Region honor by placing sixth in 24:47.3 at the NCAA Division III North Region Championships on Nov. 12… Claimed All-America honors with 13th-place finish in 25:16.8 at the NCAA Division III Championships on Nov. 19.

2020-21 (First Year) – Cross country season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

AT GLENBROOK SOUTH HIGH SCHOOL
Ran four years of cross country… Member of state-qualifying team as a senior… All-conference, all-region and all-section senior year… Team captain as a senior… Recorded fourth-fastest three-mile time (14:53) in school history senior year… All-conference as a sophomore and junior… Ran third-fastest three-mile for a junior (15:11) and fifth-fastest three-mile (16:40) for a freshman in school history… Also was on track & field team for three years… Conference champion in 1,600 meters as a freshman… Set field house record in 3,200 meters (9:43) as a junior… National Honor Society member… School’s Athlete of the Year.
