AT ST. OLAF
2023-24 (First Year) – USCSA All-American in the 7.5k Freestyle, Classic Sprint, and 15K Classic… Finished 10th in the individual combined standings at the USCSA National Championships after placing ninth in the 7.5K Freestyle (22:36.6), 15th in the Classic Sprint, and 11th in the 15K Classic (43:53.3)… Also was part of St. Olaf’s seventh-place Team Sprint Relay (8:53) at the USCSA National Championships.

AT MINNEAPOLIS SOUTHWEST HIGH SCHOOL
Ran two years of cross country and three years of track and field… Also was on the Nordic skiing and mountain biking teams for five years… Male Laker Athlete of the Year as a senior… Captain of cross country, Nordic skiing, and track and field teams… Two-time All-City Conference in cross country… Also earned all-conference honors in Nordic skiing and track and field… Two-time all-section honoree in track and field and one-time all-section in Nordic skiing… All-state in Nordic skiing as a senior and was on state championship team in Nordic as a junior… Cross country team won Class AAA state championship in 2021… IB medallion recipient.
