AT ST. OLAF
2019-20 (Senior) – Academic All-MIAC… MIAC All-Sportsmanship Team... Swam on All-MIAC 200-yard medley relay (third, 1:34.00), 400-yard medley relay (third, 3:26.42), and 800-yard freestyle (third, 7:02.34)…Finished eighth in the 50-yard freestyle (21.73), 12th in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:00.00), and 14th in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:15.87) at the MIAC Championships… Swam on fifth-place 400-yard freestyle relay (3:12.08) at the MIAC Championships.

2018-19 (Junior) - Swam on All-MIAC 200-yard medley (third, 1:32.98) relay and also swam on fourth-place 200-yard freestyle relay (1:26.02) at MIAC Championships... Finished 15th in the 50-yard freestyle (21.87) and 100-yard breaststroke (1:01.92) and was 18th in the 100-yard freestyle (48.90) at MIAC Championships.

2017-18 (Sophomore) - Placed third in the 200 medley relay, eighth in the 50 freestyle, fifth in the 200 and 400 freestyle relay, 16th in the 100 freestyle, and 17th in the 100 breaststroke at MIAC Championships.

2016-17 (First Year) - Placed 19th in the 50 freestyle, and 20th in the 100 and 200 freestyle at MIAC Championships.

AT ROCK CANYON HIGH SCHOOL
Four-year member of swimming and diving team and also played one year of football... Placed fifth at 2016 Colorado 5A state meet... National AP Scholar with Distinction... Earned Academic All-American honors in football and swimming.
 
PERSONAL
Son of Douglas and Helen… Has one brother, Christopher … Parents immigrated from South Africa and father competed in World Triathlon Championships… Majoring in chemistry with a concentration in biomolecular science… Interested in going to medical school and becoming an anesthesiologist.
