AT ST. OLAF
2019-20 (Senior) – MIAC Co-Swimmer of the Year for second-straight year… NCAA qualifier in 100-yard backstroke before meet was canceled due to COVID-19… CSCAA All-American in 100-yard backstroke… MIAC champion in the 100-yard backstroke (49.08), 200-yard backstroke (1:49.52), and the 100-yard butterfly (49.49)… Swam on All-MIAC 200-yard medley relay (third, 1:34.00), 400-yard medley relay (third, 3:26.42), and 800-yard freestyle (third, 7:02.34)… Swam on fifth-place 400-yard freestyle relay (3:12.08) at the MIAC Championships… CoSIDA Academic All-District… Academic All-MIAC… CSCAA Scholar All-American… Spring Dean’s List… Department’s male Dave Hauck Award recipient… Two-time MIAC Men’s Swimming & Diving Athlete of the Week (Oct. 22, Jan. 14).

2018-19 (Junior) - MIAC Elite 22 Award recipient... CSCAA Honorable Mention Scholar All-American... MIAC Men's Swimming Athlete of the Week (Jan. 22)... Named MIAC Co-Swimmer of the Year at the MIAC Championships… Earned All-MIAC honors in 100-yard butterfly, 100-yard backstroke, 200-yard backstroke, 800-yard freestyle relay, 400-yard freestyle relay, 200-yard medley relay and 400-yard medley relay... Won 100-yard backstroke (49.75) for third-straight season, while also winning 100-yard butterfly (49.48), and third in the 200-yard backstroke (1:52.41) at the MIAC Championships... Member of second-place 800-yard freestyle relay team (6:54.28), third-place 400-yard freestyle relay (3:08.62), third-place 200-yard medley relay (1:32.98) , and third-place 400-yard medley relay (3:25.34) at the MIAC Championships.

2017-18 (Sophomore) -  CSCAA Honorable Mention Scholar All-American... Earned Academic All-Conference Honors and All-Conference Honors ... Placed first in the 100 and 200 backstrokes, fifth in the 200 individual medley, third in the 200 medley relay, and first in the 400 medley relay at the MIAC Championships.

2016-17 (First Year) -  CSCAA Scholar All-American... Earned All-Conference Honors and qualified for NCAA Championships ... Placed first in the 100 and 200 backstroke, second in the 200 individual medley, second in the 800 freestyle relay, and second in both the 200 and 400 medley relays at the MIAC Championships ... Set a new school record in the 100 backstroke with a time of 49.48.

AT LA CRESCENT HIGH SCHOOL
Participated  in four years of club swimming and one year of track … Graduated with High Honors, was a member of the National Honor Society, and class officer during junior and senior years…  State champion in 100 and 200 backstroke in 2013 and 2015, Wisconsin YMCA state record holder in 100 backstroke, five-time YMCA national meet qualifier from 2012 to 2016.
 
PERSONAL
Son of Thomas and Susan… Has three sisters, Alex, Jennifer, and Sarah … Mother swam for Grinnell College, sisters Jennifer and Sarah swam for Lawrence University … Majoring in exercise science … Wants to attend PT school and earn his DPT.
