2022-23 (Senior) – All-MIAC in the 1,650-yard freestyle and 400-yard individual medley… Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the 500-yard freestyle… Swam on St. Olaf’s All-MIAC 400-yard medley relay, as well as team’s Honorable Mention All-MIAC 200-yard medley relay, 400-yard freestyle relay, and 800-yard freestyle relay… College Sports Communicators Academic All-District… Academic All-MIAC… Fall 2022 St. Olaf Dean’s List… MIAC Men’s Swimming Athlete of the Week (Jan. 24)… Finished second in the 400-yard individual medley (4:00.47), third in the 1,650-yard freestyle (16:00.30), and fourth in the 500-yard freestyle (4:35.10) at the MIAC Championships… Also swam on St. Olaf’s third-place 400-yard medley relay (3:30.66), fourth-place 200-yard medley relay (1:35.00), fourth-place 800-yard freestyle relay (7:01.86), and fourth-place 400-yard freestyle relay (3:10.51) at the MIAC Championships.
2021-22 (Junior) – All-MIAC in the 500-yard freestyle… CSCAA Second Team Academic All-American... Academic All-MIAC… Chi Alpha Sigma inductee… Two-time MIAC Men’s Swimming & Diving Athlete of the Week (Nov. 9, Dec. 7)… Swam on fourth-place Honorable Mention All-MIAC 200-yard medley relay (1:34.86), 800-yard freestyle relay (7:05.15), and 400-yard medley relay (3:31.21)… Finished second in the 500-yard freestyle (4:31.80) and the 400-yard IM (4:05.65) and was third in the 1,650-yard freestyle (15:53.03) at the MIAC Championships.
2020-21 (Sophomore) – Team did not compete due to COVID-19 pandemic.
2019-20 (First Year) – NCAA qualifier in 1,650-yard freestyle before meet was canceled due to COVID-19… CSCAA All-American in 1,650-yard freestyle… MIAC champion in the 500-yard freestyle (4:32.31) and the 1,650-yard freestyle (15:41.64)… All-MIAC in the 400-yard individual medley (third, 4:02.50)… Swam on All-MIAC 200-yard medley relay (third, 1:34.00), 400-yard medley relay (third, 3:26.42), and 800-yard freestyle (third, 7:02.34)… Swam on fifth-place 400-yard freestyle relay (3:12.08) at the MIAC Championships… CSCAA Scholar All-American… Spring Dean’s List… Two-time MIAC Men’s Swimming & Diving Athlete of the Week (Oct. 29, Jan. 21).
AT WOODBURY HIGH SCHOOL
On swimming and diving team for three years... State runner-up in 500-yard freestyle as a senior... Qualified for state all three years... USA Swimming Scholastic All-American Award recipient as a junior and senior... Holds school record in the 200-yard freestyle.

Parents Russell and Debra... Has three siblings - Marina, Lucia and Linnea '19, who swam at St. Olaf... Lucia (Iowa State '22) and Marina (Gustavus '17) also swam collegiately... Majoring in kinesiology.
