2024-25 (Junior) – Academic All-MIAC… Chi Alpha Sigma inductee… Fall 2024 St. Olaf Dean’s List… INDOOR: Placed 12th in the 800-meter run (2:00.31) at the MIAC Indoor Championships… OUTDOOR: Did not compete at the MIAC Outdoor Championships.

2023-24 (Sophomore) – Academic All-MIAC… Fall 2023 St. Olaf Dean’s List.

2022-23 (First Year) – OUTDOOR: Member of St. Olaf’s Honorable Mention All-MIAC 4x400-meter relay (4th, 3:20.54)… INDOOR: Member of St. Olaf’s Honorable Mention All-MIAC 4x400-meter relay (6th, 3:30.11) and Honorable Mention All-MIAC distance medley relay (4th, 10:37.71)… Member of 4x400-meter relay that finished the season ranked 10th on St. Olaf’s all-time list (3:28.27).

AT WASHINGTON HIGH SCHOOL
Four-year member of soccer, cross country, and track and field teams... Member of state championship soccer team in 2018 and state runner-up team in 2019... All-Metro Athletic Conference honoree and Second Team All-State selection in soccer as a senior... Two-time All-Academic in both soccer and cross country... Member of National Honor Society... Honor Roll student all four years.
