2024-25 (Senior) – USTFCCCA All-Academic... Academic All-MIAC… INDOOR: All-MIAC in the heptathlon… Ended career ranked fifth on program’s all-time performers’ list in the heptathlon (4,558)… Finished third in the heptathlon (4,558) at the MIAC Indoor Championships… OUTDOOR: All-MIAC in the decathlon… Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the javelin throw… Ended career ranked sixth on program’s all-time list in the javelin throw (53.70m, 176’ 2”) and fifth in the decathlon (6,414)… Placed second in the decathlon (6,414), fifth in the javelin throw (53.70m, 176’ 2”), eighth in the high jump (1.87m, 6’ 1 ½”), and 19th in the 110-meter hurdles (17.45) at the MIAC Outdoor Championships.

2023-24 (Junior) – Academic All-MIAC… Chi Alpha Sigma inductee… Fall 2023 St. Olaf Dean’s List… INDOOR: Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the high jump (5th, 1.87m) and heptathlon (6th, 4.478)… Finished the season sixth on St. Olaf’s all-time list in the heptathlon (4,478).

2022-23 (Sophomore) – Academic All-MIAC… INDOOR: Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the heptathlon (5th, 4.075).

AT GRINNELL COMMUNITY SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL
Ran four years of cross country... Individual state qualifier as a senior and finished 16th... Team captain and MVP as a senior... Team qualified for state as a freshman, sophomore, and junior... National Honor Society member... Four-year Academic Excellence Award recipient.
