AT ST. OLAF 

2013 (Junior) - Letterwinner... Ran 4:09.64 in the mile at the Snowshow Classic on Feb. 15 placing him second on the St. Olaf All-Time list... Was MIAC Champion in the mile at the MIAC Indoor Championships and in the 1500m at the MIAC Outdoor Championships... Ran 3:49.79 in the 1500m at the La Crosse Last Chance Meet on May 16, 2013 placing second on the St. Olaf All-Time list... Qualified for the NCAA Championships in mile during the indoor season... Finished 11th in the 1500m at the NCAA Championships... Was Academic All-American.

2012 (Sophomore) - Letterwinner... Was all-conference in the 1000m and the mile finishing second in both events at the MIAC Indoor Championships... Finished seventh in the mile at the NCAA Indoor Championships earning All-American honors... Placed third in the 1500m at the MIAC Outdoor Championships earning all-conference honors... Anchored the 4x800m relay that finished second at MIAC Outdoor.

2011 (First Year) - Letterwinner... Placed third in the mile and second in the 1000m at the MIAC Indoor Championships earning all-conference honors.... Was all-conference in the 1500m at the MIAC Outdoor Championships finishing third... Competed on the 4x800m MIAC Outdoor champion team... Anchored the fifth place 4x400m realy at the MIAC Outdoor Championships.
