2024-25 (Junior) – Academic All-MIAC… Chi Alpha Sigma inductee… Spring 2025 St. Olaf Dean's List... INDOOR: Member of All-MIAC 4x400-meter relay… Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the 800-meter run and 1,000-meter run… Member of 4x400-meter relay that ended the season ranked 10th on program’s all-time performers’ list (3:26.03)… Finished fifth in the 800-meter run (1:57.08) and sixth in the 1,000-meter run (2:31.95) at the MIAC Indoor Championships… Anchored St. Olaf’s third-place 4x400-meter relay (3:26.03) at the MIAC Indoor Championships… OUTDOOR: Ended the season ranked sixth on program’s all-time performers’ list in the 800-meter run (1:51.98)… Member of 4x800-meter relay that ended season ranked second on program’s all-time performers’ list (7:34.14)… Ran on 4x800-meter relay that ranked 11th on the USTFCCCA all-time performers' list with a time of 7:34.14 at the Drake Relays on April 25… Placed seventh in the 800-meter run (1:53.83) at the MIAC Outdoor Championships.

2023-24 (Sophomore) – Academic All-MIAC… USTFCCCA All-Academic… Fall 2023 St. Olaf Dean’s List… INDOOR: All-MIAC in the 800-meter run (2nd, 1:55.78)… Finished the season ninth on St. Olaf’s all-time list in the 800-meter run (1:55.78) and 10th in the 4x400-meter relay (3:28.01)… OUTDOOR: Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the 800-meter run (6th, 1:55.59).

2022-23 (First Year) – Fall 2022 St. Olaf Dean’s List… OUTDOOR: Member of St. Olaf’s All-MIAC 4x800-meter relay (3rd, 7:53.00).

AT MINNEHAHA ACADEMY
Four-year member of cross country and track and field teams… Also played two years of hockey and one year of basketball… Track and field team captain as a senior… All-conference and all-state selection in track and field… Finished sixth at the state meet in the 800 meters as a senior and ran on ninth-place 4x800-meter relay as a freshman… Honorable mention all-conference honoree in cross country… Honor Roll student all four years.

PERSONAL
Parents Matt and Jane... Has one sibling, Catherine '24, who played volleyball at St. Olaf... Majoring in chemistry with a concentration in biomolecular science.
