2023-24 (Senior) – College Sports Communicators Academic All-District… Academic All-MIAC… USTFCCCA All-Academic… Fall 2023 St. Olaf Dean’s List… INDOOR: USTFCCCA Second Team All-American in the heptathlon… All-MIAC in the heptathlon (2nd, 4,897)… Finished his career as St. Olaf’s all-time record-holder in the heptathlon (4,897) and second on the all-time list in the 60-meter hurdles (8.44)… OUTDOOR: Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the decathlon (4th, 6,309), 110-meter hurdles (6th, 15.18), and the 4x400-meter relay (6th (3:22.76)… Finished his career third on St. Olaf’s all-time list in the 100-meter dash and fifth in the 110-meter hurdles (15.01).

2022-23 (Junior) – Academic All-MIAC… College Sports Communicators Academic All-District… Chi Alpha Sigma inductee… OUTDOOR: MIAC champion and All-MIAC in the decathlon (6,315)… Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the 110-meter hurdles (4th, 15.30)… Member of St. Olaf’s All-MIAC 4x100-meter relay (3rd, 42.25)… MIAC Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week (April 18)… Finished the season fifth on St. Olaf’s all-time list in the decathlon (6,315), seventh in the 110-meter hurdles (15.27), and ninth in the 100-meter dash (10.97)… Member of 4x100-meter relay that finished the season ranked fourth on St. Olaf’s all-time list (42.25)… INDOOR: National qualifier in the heptathlon, finishing 16th at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships with 4,448 points… MIAC champion and All-MIAC in the heptathlon (4,684)… Finished season second on St. Olaf’s all-time list in the heptathlon (4.784) and fourth in the 60-meter dash (7.13).

2021-22 (Sophomore) – USTFCCCA All-Academic… Academic All-MIAC… OUTDOOR: Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the 110-meter hurdles (6th, 15.30) and the decathlon (5th, 6,022)… Ran on Honorable Mention All-MIAC 4x100-meter relay (4th, 42.74)… Finished the season seventh on St. Olaf’s all-time list in the 110-meter hurdles (15.30), ninth in the decathlon (6,022), and 10th in the 100-meter dash (11.03)… INDOOR: Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the heptathlon (4th, 4,589) and the 55-meter hurdles (5th, 7.99)… Finished season tied for second on St. Olaf’s all-time list in the 60-meter hurdles (8.48), third in the heptathlon (4,629), sixth in the 60-meter dash (7.17), and tied for ninth in the 55-meter dash (6.63).
