2017-18 (Junior) – Threw a personal best of 11.48m in the shot put at the St. Thomas Season Opener… Placed 4th in the heptathlon (4420) and 4th in the pole vault (4.35m) at the MIAC Indoor Championships… Finished 4th in the decathlon (5548), 12th in the javelin throw (46.04), and 8th in the pole vault (4.30m) at the MIAC Outdoor Championships.
2015-16 (First Year) - Finished tenth in the MIAC decathlon final. Knutson amassed 5469 total points over the ten events, with his highest scoring events being the 400 meter dash (51.32) and the 100 meter dash (12.00) where he grabbed 755 and 651 points respectively. He finished 6th in the decathlon at MIAC Indoor Championships. Knutson pole vaulted for a first place finish at the Rolex Classic and an eighth place finish at the Tom Cat Twilight meet.
