2023-24 (Senior) – Chi Alpha Sigma inductee… INDOOR: MIAC champion and All-MIAC in the distance medley relay (1st, 10:14.89)… Finished his career ranked eighth on St. Olaf’s all-time list in the distance medley relay (10:14.89) and 10th in the 4x400-meter relay (3:28.01)… OUTDOOR: All-MIAC in the 4x800-meter relay (3rd, 7:52.87)… Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (5th, 9:23.92)… Finished his career eighth on St. Olaf’s all-time list in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (9:23.92).
2022-23 (Junior) – OUTDOOR: Member of St. Olaf’s All-MIAC 4x800-meter relay (3rd, 7:53.00).
2021-22 (Sophomore) – Academic All-MIAC… OUTDOOR: Ran on St. Olaf's All-MIAC 4x800-meter relay (2nd, 7:46.41).
