AT ST. OLAF
2024-25 (Junior) – College Sports Communicators Academic All-District… Academic All-MIAC… Chi Alpha Sigma inductee… INDOOR: All-MIAC in the 5,000-meter run… Finished third in the 5,000-meter run (14:59.11) and 10th in the 3,000-meter run (8:42.13) at the MIAC Indoor Championships… OUTDOOR: Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the 10,000-meter run… Ended the season ranked seventh on program’s all-time performers’ list in the 10,000-meter run (30:42.40)… Placed fourth in the 10,000-meter run (31:47.42) and 10th in the 5,000-meter run (15:31.47) at the MIAC Outdoor Championships.

2023-24 (Sophomore) – Academic All-MIAC… Fall 2023 St. Olaf Dean’s List… Spring 2024 St. Olaf Dean’s List… OUTDOOR: Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the 10,000-meter run (6th, 31:56.75)… Finished the season sixth on St. Olaf’s all-time list in the 10,000-meter run (30:44.28).

AT WASHBURN HIGH SCHOOL
Ran four years of cross country, was on track and field team all four years, and wrestled for two years… State qualifier in cross country as a senior… Ran the 1,600 meters, 3,200 meters, and 4x800-meter relay in track.
