2024-25 (First Year) – INDOOR: Member of Honorable Mention All-MIAC distance medley relay and 4x200-meter relay… Member of 4x200-meter relay that ended season ranked fifth on program’s all-time performers’ list (1:31.94)… Ran the second leg of St. Olaf’s fourth-place distance medley relay (10:22.95) and the anchor leg of St. Olaf’s sixth-place 4x200-meter relay (1:32.76) at the MIAC Indoor Championships… OUTDOOR: Member of Honorable Mention All-MIAC 4x100-meter relay… Placed 24th in the 400-meter dash (51.22) at the MIAC Outdoor Championships… Ran the second leg of the sixth-place 4x100-meter relay (42.78) and the first leg of the eighth-place 4x400-meter relay (3:23.34) at the MIAC Outdoor Championships.
AT ROCHESTER CENTURY HIGH SCHOOL
Four-year member of the track and field team... Also was on the football team for three years and the cross country team for one year... Captain of track and field team as a junior and senior... Two-time conference champion in the 4x400-meter relay... Conference champion in the 400-meter dash as a senior and all-conference in the event as a junior... Two-time Section 1AAA runner-up in the 400-meter dash... Section 1AAA runner-up in the 4x400-meter relay as a senior... Two-time state qualifier in the 400-meter dash... All-state honoree in 4x400-meter relay as a senior.
