2013 (Sophomore) - Letterwinner... Was MIAC Champion in the 3K at the MIAC Indoor Championships... Anchored the winning DMR at MIAC Indoor... Ran a 14:39.75 in the 5K at the Macalester Invite on April 25, 2013 placing him third on the St. Olaf All-Time list... Was MIAC Champion in the 5K at the MIAC Outdoor Championships.

2012 (First Year) - Letterwinner... Was all-conference in the 3K finishing third at the MIAC Indoor Championships... Finished second in the 5K at MIAC Indoor earning all-conference honors... Placed fourth in the 1500m at the MIAC Outdoor Championships earning all-conference honors... Competed on the second place 4x800m relay at MIAC Outdoor.
