2023-24 (Senior) – Academic All-MIAC… USTFCCCA All-Academic… Fall 2023 St. Olaf Dean’s List… Spring 2024 St. Olaf Dean’s List… INDOOR: MIAC champion and All-MIAC in the distance medley relay (1st, 10:14.89)… Finished his career ranked eighth on St. Olaf’s all-time list in the distance medley relay (10:14.89) and 10th in the 4x400-meter relay (3:28.01)… OUTDOOR: Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the 4x400-meter relay (6th (3:22.76)… Finished his career eighth on St. Olaf’s all-time list in the 200-meter dash (22.15).

2022-23 (Junior) – Academic All-MIAC… Fall 2022 St. Olaf Dean’s List… Chi Alpha Sigma inductee… OUTDOOR: Member of St. Olaf’s All-MIAC 4x100-meter relay (3rd, 42.25) and Honorable Mention All-MIAC 4x400-meter relay (4th, 3:20.54)… Member of 4x100-meter relay that finished the season ranked fourth on St. Olaf’s all-time list (42.25)… INDOOR: Ran on St. Olaf’s Honorable Mention All-MIAC 4x200-meter relay (5th, 1:32.25), Honorable Mention All-MIAC 4x400-meter relay (6th, 3:30.11), and Honorable Mention distance medley relay (4th, 10:37.71)… Member of 4x200-meter relay that finished the season ranked sixth on St. Olaf’s all-time list (1:32.35) and 4x400-meter relay that finished the year ranked 10th (3:28.27).
