2023-24 (Senior) – College Sports Communicators Academic All-District… Academic All-MIAC… Fall 2023 St. Olaf Dean’s List… INDOOR: Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the 3,000-meter run (5th, 8:33.02)… OUTDOOR: Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the 1,500-meter run (4th, 3:53.78).

2022-23 (Junior) – Academic All-MIAC… Fall 2022 St. Olaf Dean’s List… Chi Alpha Sigma inductee.

2021-22 (Sophomore) – USTFCCCA All-Academic… Academic All-MIAC… Fall 2021 St. Olaf Dean’s List… Spring 2022 St. Olaf Dean's List... OUTDOOR: All-MIAC in the 1,500-meter run (3rd, 3:53.68) and the 5,000-meter run (3rd, 15:02.73)… INDOOR: All-MIAC in the 3,000-meter run (3rd, 8:23.06) and Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the mile run (4th, 4:16.67)… MIAC Men’s Indoor Track Athlete of the Week (Jan. 25)… Finished the season fifth on St. Olaf’s all-time list in the 3,000-meter run (8:23.06).

AT HELLGATE HIGH SCHOOL
Ran four years of cross country… Placed second as a senior, fifth as a junior and eighth as a sophomore at the state meet individually… Team finished second at the state meet as a junior and senior and third as a sophomore… Was also on track & field team for four years… Finished second at state in the 1,600 meters and 3,200 meters as a junior and sixth in the 1,600 meters and seventh in the 3,200 meters as a senior… Class Valedictorian.
