AT ST. OLAF
2024-25 (Junior) – USTFCCCA All-Academic... INDOOR: MIAC Men’s Indoor Track Athlete of the Week (Dec. 10)… Finished 13th in the 3,000-meter run (8:49.91) at the MIAC Indoor Championships… OUTDOOR: USTFCCCA Second Team All-American in the 3,000-meter steeplechase… USTFCCCA All-North Region in the 1,500-meter run… All-MIAC in the 1,500-meter run and 3,000-meter steeplechase… MIAC Men’s Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week (April 22)… Set program record in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (8:52.30)… Ended the season ranked fifth on program’s all-time performers’ list in the 1,500-meter run (3:48.55) and 10th in the 5,000-meter run (14:34.73)… Placed second in the 1,500-meter run (3:50.97) and the 3,000-meter steeplechase (8:52.30) at the MIAC Outdoor Championships.

2023-24 (Sophomore) – USTFCCCA All-Academic… INDOOR: MIAC champion and All-MIAC in the distance medley relay (1st, 10:14.89)… All-MIAC in the 1,000-meter run (3rd, 2:31.39)… Finished the season ninth on St. Olaf’s all-time list in the 1,000-meter run (2:30.47) and eighth in the distance medley relay (10:14.89)… OUTDOOR: All-MIAC in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (2nd, 9:12.93)… Finished the season third on St. Olaf’s all-time list in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (9:00.16).

AT THE UNIVERSITY OF OREGON
2022-23 (Sophomore) – Was not on cross country and track and field teams – trained for trail racing.

2021-22 (First Year) – Member of the cross country and track and field teams… Finished 14th in the 5,000-meter run (14:55.48) at the Hayward Premiere on April 1 and 10th in the 5,000-meter run (15:01.24) at the Oregon Twilight on May 6.

AT HELLGATE HIGH SCHOOL
Ran four years of cross country and three years of track and field… Also was on the curling team for two years and the lacrosse team for one year… Montana state champion in the 800-meter run and 1,600-meter run in 2021… Two-time third-place finisher at the state cross country meet… Footlocker All-West Regional honoree in 2019 and placed 34th at Footlocker Cross Country Nationals that year… Placed 21st at Nike Outdoor Nationals in the mile in 2021.
