AT ST. OLAF
2024-25 (First Year) – Spring 2025 St. Olaf Dean's List... INDOOR: Member of All-MIAC 4x400-meter relay… Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the 800-meter run… Ended the season ranked 10th on program’s all-time performers’ list in the 600-meter run (1:23.45)… Member of 4x400-meter relay that ended the season ranked 10th on program’s all-time performers’ list (3:26.03)… Finished sixth in the 800-meter run (1:57.45) and ninth in the 600-meter run (1:23.45) at the MIAC Indoor Championships… Ran the second leg of St. Olaf’s third-place 4x400-meter relay (3:26.03) at the MIAC Indoor Championships… OUTDOOR: Member of MIAC champion 4x800-meter relay… All-MIAC in 4x800-meter relay… Member of 4x800-meter relay that ended season ranked second on program’s all-time performers’ list (7:34.14) and another that was third (7:41.52)… Ran on 4x800-meter relay that ranked 11th on the USTFCCCA all-time performers' list with a time of 7:34.14 at the Drake Relays on April 25… Led off St. Olaf’s first-place 4x800-meter relay (7:41.52) and ran the third leg of St. Olaf’s eighth-place 4x400-meter relay (3:23.34) at the MIAC Outdoor Championships.
AT HOOD RIVER VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL
Four-year member of the track and field and swimming and diving teams and ran two years of cross country… Northwest Oregon Conference champion in the 800-meter run with a school record time of 1:54.80 as a senior… Placed fifth at the 5A state meet in the 800-meter run as a senior… Finished 12th in the 5A state meet in the 3,000-meter run in 2021, seventh in the 800-meter run in 2022, and ninth in the 800-meter run in 2023... Part of team that finished fifth in the state in cross country in 2021… School’s Athlete of the Year as a senior… Captained swimming and diving team… Placed fifth in the 200-yard freestyle relay as a senior, third in the 200-yard freestyle relay and fifth in the 400-yard freestyle relay as a junior, and 10th in the 200-yard freestyle relay and 400-yard freestyle relay in 2022… National Honor Society member… Class Valedictorian.
