Biography

AT ST. OLAF
2015-16 (Sophomore) - Finished fourth in the mile run and sixth in the 1000 meter run at MIAC Indoor Championships. Placed seventh in the 800 meter run at MIAC Outdoor Championships. Competed in the 1500 meter run at the NCAA Division III National Championships. 

2014-15 (First Year) - Participated in the 600 meter, 800 meter, and 1000 meter.
 
AT MINNEHAHA HIGH SCHOOL
Five time letterwinner... Captained as a junior and senior... Four time all-conference.. All-conference honorable mention as an 8th grader... Four time state participant... Four time letterwinner in track and field... Senior captain... Three time letterwinner... Team MVP as a junior... Three time all-conference... All-conference honorable mention as a freshman... Four time state participant.
