2017-18 (Senior) – Placed 8th in the 400m (50.99), 4th in the 600m (PR 1:22.17), 7th in the 4x200m, and 6th in the 4x400m at the MIAC Indoor Championships… Placed 1st in the 200m at the St. Olaf/Carleton Rolex Classic with a personal best of 22.99… Ran a personal best of 49.52 in the 400m at the Meet of Saints… Placed 7th in the 400m (49.64) and 3rd in the 4x400m at the MIAC Outdoor Championships.
2015 (Sophomore) - Contributed to the fifth place 4x400 meter relay at the NCAA Qualifier putting up their season best of 3:14.08, which puts them 22nd on the NCAA Division III list...Contributed to the third place finish in the MIACs indoor medley relay...Had a 12th place finish with a 51.41 in the 400 meter dash...Had a first place win in the 4x100 meter relay at the TomCat Twilight...Finished in 21st place in a deep field of runners for the 400 meter dash at Cocordia St. Paul.
