2018-19 (Sophomore) – Won the 5,000-meter run with a time of 15:54.71 at the Tostrud Classic on Feb. 16.
2017 (First Year) – Ran a personal best of 9:17.95 in the 3,000 meters at the St. Olaf Quad… Finished 13th in the 5,000 meters at the MIAC Indoor Championships (15:49.97)… Ran a personal best of 4:18.37 in the 1,500 meters at the Meet of Saints… Finished 16th in the 5,000 meters at the MIAC Outdoor Championships with a personal best of 15:42.88.
AT UNIVERSITY LAB SCHOOL
Switched sports to cross country as a senior... Lettered and was named team MVP as a senior... News Gazette All-Area Honorable Mention as a senior... Illinois State Scholar.
