2018-19 (Senior) - Finished fourth with a time fo 8:45.26 at the Carleton Triangular on Jan. 18, 2019 … won the one-mile run with a time of 4:27.91 at the St. Olaf Quadrangular on Jan. 25, 2019 … took third in the one-mile run wth a time of 4:27.22 at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic on Feb. 16, 2019 …
2017-18 (Junior) – Ran a season best of 9:07.3 to place 11th in the 3000m at the Showcase Meet… Ran a personal best of 4:10.04 in the 1500m at the Meet of Saints… Finished 8th with a personal best of 9:47.45 in the 3000m steeplechase at the MIAC Outdoor Championships.
2015-16 (First Year) - Competed in the mile run at MIAC Indoor Championships. Made it to MIAC Outdoor Finals in the 1500 meter run, placing 12th with a time of 4:26.25.
