2017-18 (Senior) – Ran a personal best of 8:42.20 in the 3000m at the St. Olaf Tri… Finished 2nd in the mile at the MIAC Indoor Championships… Ran a personal best of 4:12.65 in prelims and placed 10th (4:13.99) in finals of the mile at the NCAA DIII Indoor Championships… Ran a personal best of 15:01.35 in the 5000m at the Bolstorff Twilight… Finished 4th in the 1500m at the MIAC Outdoor Championships… Ran a personal best in the 1500m at the UW La Crosse Final Qualifier with a personal best of 3:52.78.
2015-16 (Sophomore) - Competed in the MIAC Outdoor Championship Finals for the 1500 meter run and finished ninth with a time of 4:16.34. Participated in the 800 meter run.
2014-15 (First Year) - Competed in the 3000 and 5000 meter run.
AT ORONO HIGH SCHOOL
All-Conference as a senior and junior, with honorable mentions as a sophomore and freshman... Captained both cross country and track and field as a senior... Recognized as MVP as a senior... Four time letterwinner in both cross country and track and field... All-Conference all four years for track and field.
