AT ST. OLAF
2016 (Senior) -All MIAC in the 800 meter by finishing first at the MIAC's with a 1:56.70...Recognized as part of the All-Conference Team for the MIAC indoor track season...Contributed to the 4x400 relay that finished fifth at the NCAA Qualifier with a season best time of 3:15.08 putting them 22nd on the NCAA Division III list...Had a personal best in an 800 meter win at the Meet of Saints with a 1:53.76...Came in sixth for the distance medley relay at the NCAA's.

2013 (First Year) - Letterwinner... Ran a 1:23.59 in the 600m dash at the Tosturd Classic on Feb. 16 earning him a sixth place on the St. Olaf All-Time list... Ran the 800m leg of the MIAC Indoor Champion DMR team... Competed on the third place 4x400m relay at the MIAC Indoor Championships... Anchored the second place 4x800m relay at the MIAC Outdoor Championships... Competed on the 4x400m relay team that placed third at MIAC Outdoor.
