AT ST. OLAF
2022-23 (Senior) – Academic All-MIAC… College Sports Communicators Academic All-District… Fall 2022 St. Olaf Dean’s List… OUTDOOR: USTFCCCA All-American in the 10,000-meter run… USTFCCCA All-North Region in the 5,000-meter run and 10,000-meter run… MIAC champion and All-MIAC in the 5,000-meter run (14:35.04) and 10,000-meter run (30:52.84)… Finished sixth in the 10,000-meter run (29:15.93) at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships, breaking the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) record in the event and moving into the USTFCCCA’s top-20 all-time performers list in the event… Also was a national qualifier in the 5,000-meter run, finishing 18th in 15:03.23… Believed to be the first Ole to qualify in both the 5,000-meter run and 10,000-meter run in the same year… Two-time MIAC Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week (April 4, May 9)… Finished his career as St. Olaf’s all-time record-holder in the 5,000-meter run (14:01.17) and the 10,000-meter run (29:15.93)… INDOOR: USTFCCCA All-North Region in the 5,000-meter run… National qualifier in the 5,000-meter run, placing 17th (15:09.10) at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships… Broke St. Olaf’s school record in the 5,000-meter run at the Chuck Petersen Open on Dec. 3 with a time of 14:26.94 to finish his career as the program’s all-time record-holder.

2021-22 (Junior) – USTFCCCA All-Academic… Academic All-MIAC… Chi Alpha Sigma inductee… Fall 2021 St. Olaf Dean’s List… Spring 2022 St. Olaf Dean's List... OUTDOOR: All-MIAC in the 10,000-meter run (2nd, 31:02.33)… Finished the season fourth on St. Olaf’s all-time list in the 10,000-meter run (30:50.20) and fifth in the 5,000-meter run (14:34.08)… INDOOR: Honorable Mention All-MIAC in 5,000-meter run (5th, 14:58.00).

AT PALMER RIDGE HIGH SCHOOL
Three-year member of cross country and track & field teams... First team all-conference, second team all-state and member of state runner-up team as a senior... Helped team to state championship as a junior.
