2021-22 (Junior) – USTFCCCA All-Academic… Academic All-MIAC… Chi Alpha Sigma inductee… Spring 2022 St. Olaf Dean's List... MIAC Men's Indoor Track Athlete of the Week (Dec. 7)... OUTDOOR: National qualifier in the 110-meter hurdles, finishing 12th (14.66) at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships… USTFCCCA All-North Region in 110-meter hurdles… All-MIAC in the 110-meter hurdles (2nd, 14.49) and Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the triple jump (5th, 13.55m, 44’ 5 ½”)… Broke the school record in the 110-meter hurdles (14.41) at the UW-La Crosse Final Qualifier on May 20… INDOOR: All-MIAC in the triple jump (2nd, 13.85m, 45’ 5 ¼”) and 55-meter hurdles (3rd, 7.89)… Set school record in the 60-meter hurdles (8.32) at the Wartburg Last Chance Qualifier on March 6… MIAC Men’s Indoor Track Athlete of the Week (Dec. 7)… Finished season as the school-record-holder in the 60-meter hurdles (8.32) and was fifth on St. Olaf’s all-time list in the triple jump (13.85m, 42’ 2 ¾”).

2020-21 (Sophomore) – USTFCCCA All-Central Region in the 110-meter hurdles... USTFCCCA All-Academic... Academic All-MIAC... Spring 2021 St. Olaf Dean's List... Fall 2020 St. Olaf Dean's List... OUTDOOR: Earned All-MIAC honors with a third-place finish in the 110-meter hurdles (15.18) at the MIAC Outdoor Championships, while also scoring in the long jump (7th, 6.51m, 21' 4 1/4") and the triple jump (7th, 13.36m, 43' 10").

2019-20 (First Year) – St. Olaf Spring 2020 Dean's List... INDOOR: Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the 60-meter hurdles after finishing fifth (8.51) at the MIAC Indoor Championships... Also scored in the triple jump (7th, 13.33m, 43' 9")... 

AT BLOOMINGTON JEFFERSON HIGH SCHOOL
Three-year member of track & field team... Also on basketball team for two years and Nordic skiing team for one year... All-conference in triple jump as a senior and honorable mention in 110-meter hurdles... Won section and placed 10th in state in triple jump senior year... Helped team win conference championships as a senior... Honorable mention all-conference in triple jump junior year... Academic letterwinner... AP Scholar.
