2024-25 (Sophomore) – USTFCCCA All-Academic... College Sports Communicators Academic All-District... Academic All-MIAC... Fall 2024 St. Olaf Dean’s List… Spring 2025 St. Olaf Dean's List... INDOOR: USTFCCCA Second Team All-American in the long jump… MIAC champion and All-MIAC in the long jump… Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the triple jump… MIAC Men’s Indoor Field Athlete of the Week (Feb. 18)… Ended season ranked second on program’s all-time performers’ list in the long jump (7.21m, 23’ 8”), seventh in the 60-meter dash (7.18), and ninth in the triple jump (13.65m, 44’ 9 ½”)… Member of 4x200-meter relay that ended season ranked fifth on program’s all-time performers’ list (1:31.94)… Won the long jump (7.21m, 23’ 8”) and was sixth in the triple jump (13.41m, 44’ 0”) at the MIAC Indoor Championships... OUTDOOR: Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the triple jump and long jump… Ended season ranked second on program’s all-time performers’ list in the long jump (7.14m, 23’ 5 ¼”)… Finished fourth in the triple jump (13.68m, 44’ 10 ¾”) and fifth in the long jump (6.86m, 22’ 6 ¼”) at the MIAC Outdoor Championships.

2023-24 (First Year) – INDOOR: Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the long jump (4th, 6.55m)… OUTDOOR: Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the long jump (4th, 6.78m), triple jump (5th, 13.29m), and 4x400-meter relay (6th (3:22.76).

AT HASTINGS HIGH SCHOOL
Four-year member of the cross country and basketball teams... Also was on the track and field team for two years... Team captain in cross country and track and field... Member of conference championship track and field team... State qualifier and school-record holder in the 4x400-meter relay and 4x200-meter relay... Member of National Honor Society... "A" Honor Roll student.
