AT ST. OLAF
2024-25 (First Year) – INDOOR: Did not compete at the MIAC Indoor Championships… OUTDOOR: Finished 20th in the 1,500-meter run (4:08.25) at the MIAC Outdoor Championships.

AT RED RIVER HIGH SCHOOL
Ran four years of cross country and track and field and was on the swimming and diving team for two years… Two-time All-Eastern Dakota Conference in cross country… All-state honoree in cross country… Two-time Eastern Dakota Conference champion in the 4x800-meter relay and 800-meter run… Two-time all-state in the 4x800-meter relay… Four-time team captain… “A” Honor Roll student all four years.

Parents Brian and Kristen… Has one sibling, Gracia ’25, who ran cross country and track and field at St. Olaf… Majoring in kinesiology.
