2013 (Sophomore) - Letterwinner... Ran 8:40.59 in the 3K at the Snowshoe Invite on Feb. 15, 2013 placing him eighth on the St. Olaf All-Time list... Finished fourth in the 5K with a time of 15:07.48 at the MIAC Indoor Championships on March 1, 2013 placing him tenth on the St. Olaf All-Time list and earning him all-conference honorable mention... Was eighth in the 3K at MIAC Indoor... Was all-conference in the 10K finishing second at the MIAC Outdoor Championships... His time of 31:52.95 in the 10K at MIAC Outdoor on May 10, 2013 places him tenth on the St. Olaf All-Time list in the event.
 
2012 (First Year ) - Letterwinner... Qualified in the mile at the MIAC Indoor Championships.... Finished eighth in the 5K at the MIAC Outddoor Championships.
