2024-25 (Junior) – MIAC Elite 22 Award recipient for men’s track and field… Academic All-MIAC… Fall 2024 St. Olaf Dean’s List… Spring 2025 St. Olaf Dean's List... Chi Alpha Sigma inductee… INDOOR: Finished 11th in the 800-meter run (1:58.54) and 12th in the 600-meter run (1:24.52) at the MIAC Indoor Championships… OUTDOOR: Member of MIAC champion 4x800-meter relay… All-MIAC in the 4x800-meter relay… Member of 4x800-meter relay that ended season ranked third on program’s all-time performers’ list (7:41.52)… Ran the third leg of the first-place 4x800-meter relay (7:41.52) at the MIAC Outdoor Championships.
2023-24 (Sophomore) – Did not run track.
2022-23 (First Year) – INDOOR: Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the 800-meter run (sixth, 1:58.05)… Member of St. Olaf’s Honorable Mention All-MIAC 4x400-meter relay (sixth, 3:30.11)… Member of 4x400-meter relay that finished the season ranked 10th on St. Olaf’s all-time list (3:28.27).
AT TRINITY SCHOOL AT RIVER RIDGE
Competed in six years of cross country, five years of track and field, and four years of basketball... Two-time All-Skyline Conference in the 400-meter dash, one-time all-conference in the 800-meter run, two-time all-conference in cross country, and one-time all-conference in basketball... Class A state participant in cross country and track and field (800m)... Team captain in both cross country and track and field and two-time Team MVP in both sports... National Merit Scholar.
