AT ST. OLAF 
2019 (Senior) – All-MIAC for third season in a row… Played in 15 games as a holding midfielder, starting 14 times… Compiled seven points on three goals and one assist… Tied for third on team in goals and tied for fourth in points… Tied for fourth on team in shots (29) and fourth in shots on goal (11)… Scored twice, including game-winner in 109th minute, in 4-3 double-overtime win against Saint Mary’s on Oct. 2… Also scored in 3-1 loss to Pacific Lutheran on Aug. 31.

2018 (Junior) - All-MIAC… United Coaches First Team All-North Region… Started all 18 games… Holding midfielder on team that ranked second in the MIAC in goals-against average (0.80), allowing just 15 goals in 18 games… Part of defensive unit that recorded seven shutouts in 18 games and held opponents to one goal or fewer in 14-of-18 games… Second on team in goals (4), assists (2), points (10), shots (57) and shots on goal (27)… First-career two-goal game in 5-1 victory over UW-Stout on Oct. 3… Scored on free kick in 77th minute in 1-0 win over No. 13 St. Thomas to clinch MIAC Playoff spot on Oct. 20… Assisted on goals in 2-0 victory against Carleton on Oct. 9 and 2-1 overtime win over Grinnell on Oct. 17.

2017 (Sophomore) – All-MIAC… Started all 19 games… Tallied four points on one goal and two assists… Totaled 35 shots, 13 on goal… Scored lone goal of the game in 81st minute of 1-0 win over Saint Benedict on Sept. 23… Assisted on goals in 4-1 victory at Hamline on Sept. 30 and 1-1 tie against St. Catherine on Oct. 28.

2016 (First Year) - Played in and started 15 games... Had two goals and 11 shots on goal... Scored off of a corner kick in 3-1 victory over Gustavus Adolphus on Sept. 17... Scored game-winning goal off a corner kick to give St. Olaf a 2-1 win over Concordia (Minn.) on Sept. 24.

AT ORONO HIGH SCHOOL
Played five years of varsity soccer... Was on track & field team for two years and basketball team for one year... Two-year soccer team captain... Three-time all-conference selection... All-state honoree... Team won state title junior year and was state runner-up senior year... All-State Tournament selection senior year... Ranks in the top 10 in school history in assists... AP Scholar with Honors... Member of National Honor Society... Received four academic letters... Graduated in top five in her class... Received MSHSSCA Academic Award.

PERSONAL
Parents Mike and Ruth are both St. Olaf alums...Sister, Rachel, is also a St. Olaf alum... Father, Mike, ran cross country for the Oles... Double-majoring in biology and exercise science with concentration in neuroscience.
