St. Olaf College Athletics

Ruthie Neuger enters her 12th season as the Oles' head softball coach in 2016. Neuger helped the Oles double their win total from 2003-04 in her first season as head coach and matched that again in 2005-06. Neuger was named the 2010 MIAC coach of the year after guiding St. Olaf to its first ever MIAC playoff appearance.
 
Neuger was a three-sport standout, in volleyball, basketball, and softball, at St. Olaf. She was inducted to the St. Olaf Athletics Hall of Fame in 1999.
 
She and her husband Dave live in Northfield.
