Shae Hoskins is in her fourth season as an assistant coach for the St. Olaf softball program in 2020-21.
The Oles have gone a combined 57-33 (.633) overall and 28-16 (.636) in the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) in Hoskins' three seasons on staff, while earning berths in the MIAC Playoffs in 2018 and 2019 before the 2020 season was cut short after eight games.
Prior to coming to St. Olaf, Hoskins led several workshops and multi-week hitting and pitching clinics in Sioux Falls, S.D. while also serving as the head coach for the U-18 SWAT travel team out of South Dakota.
Hoskins played four years of Division II softball at the University of Sioux Falls as an outfielder and pitcher. At USF, her teams posted three winning seasons and made three appearance in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC). Hoskins graduated with a bachelor's degree in business administration and entrepreneurial studies from USF and is currently in graduate school at Northwestern Health Sciences.
She played her high school softball in Billings, Mont., where she was a three-time second-team all-state pitcher and four-year letterwinner, while also playing basketball and soccer.
