2022-23 (Senior) – USTFCCCA All-American… USTFCCCA All-North Region… USTFCCCA All-Academic… Placed fourth in 22:26.1 at the Blugold Invitational on Sept. 30… Ran career-best 6K time of 22:23.0 to finish 21st at the Connecticut College Invitational on Oct. 15… Collected All-Region honors with seventh-place finish in 22:27.5 at the NCAA Division III North Region Championships on Nov. 12… Earned All-America honors with 27th-place finish in 22:36.3 at the NCAA Division III Championships on Nov. 19.
2021-22 (Junior) – Team captain… Academic All-MIAC… Chi Alpha Sigma inductee… Ran a season-best 6K time of 24:02.2 to finish 36th at the St. Olaf Invitational on Sept. 18.
2020-21 (Sophomore) – Academic All-MIAC... Cross country season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Participated in three years of track & field, two years of cross country and one year of swimming...
