2024-25 (Junior) – All-MIAC… Chi Alpha Sigma inductee… Academic All-MIAC… Ran personal-best 6K time of 22:14.8 to finish 44th at the Connecticut College Invitational on Oct. 19… Earned All-MIAC honors with seventh-place finish in 22:51.5 at the MIAC Championships on Nov. 2… Placed 76th in 24:05.8 at the NCAA Division III North Region Championships on Nov. 16.

2023-24 (Sophomore) – USTFCCCA All-North Region… Honorable Mention All-MIAC… USTFCCCA All-Academic… Academic All-MIAC… Earned first all-region accolade by finishing 29th in season-best 6K time of 22:39.1 at the NCAA Division III North Region Championships on Nov. 11… Picked up Honorable Mention All-MIAC honors by taking 19th in 23:00.8 at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 28… Placed 244th in 23:30.5 at the NCAA Division III Championships on Nov. 18… Finished 15th in 24:12.4 at the St. Olaf Invitational on Sept. 16.

2022-23 (First Year) – Ran season-best 6K time of 24:11.1 to finish 65th at the Tori Neubauer Invitational on Oct. 15… Placed 44th in 25:14.8 at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 29… Was the runner-up at the Great Karhu Shoe Race (5K) on Nov. 3 in 19:41.6.

AT MIDDLEBURY UNION HIGH SCHOOL
Ran four years of cross country and track and field and was on Nordic skiing team for two years… Placed 22nd at the state meet as a senior in cross country… Only female from Middlebury Union to qualify for New England Cross Country Championships in the last decade… Two-time team captain in cross country… State champion in the 4x800-meter relay as a senior, while also finishing third in the 4x400-meter relay and fifth in the 1,500-meter run… Ran on state runner-up 4x800-meter relay as a junior... Member of National Honor Society… Honor Roll student all four years… International Baccalaureate Diploma recipient.

Parents Matthew and Angela… Has one sibling, Willem, who ran at George Mason University… Majoring in biology with a concentration in environmental studies.
