2023-24 (Senior) – USTFCCCA All-North Region… All-MIAC… USTFCCCA All-Academic… Academic All-MIAC… Fall 2023 St. Olaf Dean’s List… Collected second consecutive All-MIAC accolade by finishing eighth in season-best 6K time of 22:11.5 at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 28… Picked up second all-region accolade in a row by finishing 24th in 22:29.8 at the NCAA Division III North Region Championships on Nov. 11… Went on to finish 151st in 22:51.8 at the NCAA Division III Championships on Nov. 18… Finished ninth in 23:29.8 at the St. Olaf Invitational on Sept. 16.
