2025-26 (Sophomore) – USTFCCCA All-Academic Athlete… Ran season-best 6K time of 22:42.3 to finish 102nd at the Connecticut College Invitational on Oct. 18… Placed 26th in 23:13.9 at the MIAC Championships on Nov. 1… Recorded a 40th-place performance in 23:25.7 at the NCAA Division III North Region Championships on Nov. 15… Finished 223rd in 23:45.4 at the NCAA Division III Championships on Nov. 22.

2024-25 (First Year) – Fall 2024 St. Olaf Dean’s List… Ran season-best 6K time of 23:23.2 to finish 26th at the Tori Neubauer Invitational on Oct. 19… Placed 31st in 24:03.3 at the MIAC Championships on Nov. 2.

AT CASCADES ACADEMY
Four-year member of the cross country, Nordic skiing, and track and field teams… Three-year cross country team captain and two-year track and field team captain… School record holder in the 5K, 3,000-meter run, 1,500-meter run, 800-meter run, 400-meter run, 4x400-meter relay, and 4x100-meter relay… Finished third in the 1,500-meter run and eighth in the 800-meter run at the 1A state meet as a senior… District champion in the 800-meter run and 1,500-meter run as a senior… Placed ninth in the 1,500-meter run at state in 2022 and 2023… Placed fourth at the District 4 Championships and 20th at the state meet in cross country as a senior.
